Terms of Service for CaresTopOne

Welcome to CaresTopOne, a healthcare, wellness, and self-care platform. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of all services, digital products, and physical goods offered by CaresTopOne at CaresTopOne.com. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or make any purchases.
2. Services
CaresTopOne offers professional consultations, coaching sessions, wellness programs, and live events. To schedule a service, you must complete the booking process and settle the required fee.
Scheduling Changes and Cancellations: You may adjust your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If you make a valid adjustment, the fee will be credited toward a future booking within 30 days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior are not eligible for a fee credit due to reserved resources.
3. Digital Products
Digital products include e-guides, video courses, downloadable resources, and online subscriptions. All digital products are available immediately after confirmation.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase via Contact Us. We will review your request. Approved requests result in a fee reversal to the original settlement method. Requests made after 14 days or when more than half of the content has been accessed are not eligible.
4. Physical Goods
Physical goods include wellness kits, supplements, and self-care items. All items are shipped from our facility in Canada.
30-Day Send-Back Policy: Unopened items in original condition may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipment costs. We will inspect the item upon receipt and, if approved, issue a fee reversal to the original settlement method. Perishable or sealed hygiene items cannot be sent back for safety and quality reasons.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. All reversals are issued using the original settlement method. If the original settlement method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
6. No-Show & Late Cancellations
No-shows and cancellations made less than 48 hours before a service are not eligible for a fee credit or reversal due to reserved professional time.
7. Modifications to Terms
CaresTopOne may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised version will be posted on CaresTopOne.com. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
